How fast is delivery?+

Covered metros (Tampa, PCB, Gatlinburg, Austin, Miami): 48 hours. New city: 72 hours for the first pack while we build local intel; 48 hours weekly after that.

How fresh are the leads?+

Every Weekly and Pro pack is scraped, skip-traced, and ranked the week it ships. Starter Packs are pulled at order time — never older than your delivery date. We don't recycle stale databases.

What's your refund policy?+

If your pack arrives with fewer than 40 verified phone numbers (out of 50), email within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. We hit 90%+ verified phone rate on every pack we've shipped to date.

What if a lead has no phone number?+

Every lead in the pack ships with at least a mailing address. ~90% also include an owner-direct phone. The remaining ~10% include the owner's name + mailing address for postcard / mail outreach.
