Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for The Friday Pack. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (/legal/terms).
1. Quality Guarantee — When You Get a Full Refund
We guarantee every Lead Pack meets two minimum standards:
- Lead count. Every pack contains 50 distinct residential property leads matching the criteria for your selected market.
- Phone coverage. At least 40 of the 50 leads (80%) include a callable phone for an STR-decision-maker — owner, landlord, property manager, or leasing contact — at the time of delivery.
If your delivered pack fails either standard, email support@thefridaypack.com within 7 days of delivery with the subject "Refund Request — Quality." Include your order ID. We will, at your choice:
(a) Refund the full amount you paid for that pack to your original payment method, OR (b) Ship a replacement pack at no additional charge within the standard delivery window.
2. Subscription Cancellation (Weekly + Pro)
You may cancel your Weekly or Pro subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal (link in your order confirmation email).
Upon cancellation:
- No further charges will occur after the cancellation takes effect.
- You keep all Lead Packs already delivered to you.
- You receive any remaining packs paid for through the end of the then-current billing period (we do not claw back delivered or scheduled packs within a paid period).
- No partial-period refunds. We do not pro-rate the unused portion of the period in which you cancel.
If you believe your subscription was charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong tier, etc.), email support@thefridaypack.com with the subject "Billing Error." We'll investigate and issue a refund within 7 business days if confirmed.
3. One-Off Starter Pack ($97) — Specific Rules
Starter Packs are non-recurring, one-time purchases. The quality guarantee in Section 1 applies. Beyond that:
- Refund window: 7 days from delivery.
- What is refundable: failure to meet the quality guarantee (Section 1).
- What is NOT refundable: the buyer's outreach yielding zero responses, leads being unresponsive, regulatory changes in the buyer's market, the buyer's change of mind about the STR arbitrage strategy, or any business outcome unrelated to data quality.
4. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Typical processing time:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- ACH refunds: 3-7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback dispute with your bank without first contacting support@thefridaypack.com, we will respond to the dispute with documentation of your order, delivery, and these Refund Policy terms. We reserve the right to suspend the account of any customer who initiates chargebacks without first contacting support.
We strongly prefer to resolve disputes directly. Email us first.
6. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside the explicit cases above at our sole discretion — for example, if our service experiences a prolonged outage that prevents delivery, or if we discover a systemic error in your pack after delivery. These are case-by-case.
